Wowsers,
Well today was the start of visitors coming to look at our house and within only a few hours we have a firm offer.
Now there is always a catch and this one happens to be that their financing has to be approved so we will know for sure I guess within 10 days.
I cannot believe it really,
but I guess they really loved this place so
they were in here for 40 min
checking probably every nook and cranny
and then once they left we had an offer within
2 hours.
Man
I hope it sells, then we are officially one
step closer
to leaving Quebec,
living once again in Alberta,
where instead of the normal 4 seasons they seem to have 3,
Spring... Summer.... Winter
and where its normal to have snow in May, and -40 in the winter.
wooohooo... I can hardly wait.

ReplyDeleteMake sure your realtor puts a kick-out clause in your acceptance, where if you get an offer with financing in place, you can give these people 48 hours to get financing in place or they don't get the house.
